Directions
ICAT of Idaho is located near the corner of Franklin Road and Phillippi Street in the Central Bench area of Boise. Franklin Road runs east and west and passes along the south side of the Boise Towne Square mall. Phillippi Street runs north and south and is located halfway between Curtis Road and Orchard Street. The main Red Cross building is on the northeast corner of the intersection, and the Midtown Office Center is on the northwest corner. ICAT is located in the Midtown Office Center. At the Franklin and Phillippi intersection, turn north and you will see the ICAT sign by the second driveway on the left. We are in the building next to the sign with the railroad tracks running behind our office.
